Our company participated in this exhibition and brought several rims of different specifications to exhibit, including rims with a size of 7x12 for construction machinery, rims with a size of 13.00-25 for mining vehicles, and rims with a size of 7.00-15 for forklifts.
In addition to several products exhibited at this exhibition, we also process rims of various sizes for other brands in industrial rims and agricultural rims. Briefly introduce a rim with a size of DW25x28 produced by our company for Volvo tractors.
DW25x28 is a 1PC structure for TL tires. The rim has been redesigned and the structure has been strengthened. It is a newly developed wheel rim size, which means that not many wheel rim suppliers are producing this size. We developed DW25x28 based on the requirements of major customers who already have tires but need corresponding new rims. Compared with the standard design, our DW25x28 has a stronger flange, which means that the flange is wider and longer than other designs. This is the heavy-duty version DW25x28, designed for wheel loaders and tractors, and is a construction equipment and agricultural rim. Nowadays, tires are designed to be harder and harder, and the load is higher and higher. Our rims will have the characteristics of high load and easy installation.
What is the role of a tractor?
