    Rim components are lock ring, side ring, bead seat, driver key and side flange for different kinds of rims like 3-PC, 5-PC & 7-PC OTR rims, 2-PC, 3-PC & 4-PC forklift rims.     Requirements for container lift rim and reach stacker rim is very high, it normally bears very high load (more than 20 tonne) and high speed, we crack test a lot of 13.00 x 33 rims that come off reach stackers and empty container handlers usually running on good surfaces. The EM style is nearly always cracked in the lock ring groove and they are getting a short life 2 to 3 tyre changes . The EV rims are giving us a longer life possibly 5 to 6 tyre changes , on this result I think that EV rim will carry the load when it’s very high but speed will need to be kept as slow as possible and the driving surface as good as possible.
